Recognizing the importance of the training programme for members of expert review teams participating in annual reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol, which builds on the training programme for greenhouse gas inventory review experts under the Convention,
وإذ يسلِّم بأهمية برنامج تدريب أعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض السنوي بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو، وهو البرنامج الذي يستند إلى برنامج التدريب الخاص بخبراء استعراض قوائم جرد غازات الدفيئة بموجب الاتفاقية،

Decides that all members of expert review teams participating in the reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol shall be required to sign an agreement for expert review services, in accordance with paragraph 6 of decision 12/CP.9;
6- يقرر أن يُشترط على جميع أعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو أن يوقعوا اتفاقـاً بشـأن خدمات خبراء الاستعراض، وفقاً للفقرة 6 من المقرر 12/م أ-9؛

6. Decides that all members of expert review teams participating in the reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol shall be required to sign an agreement for expert review services, in accordance with paragraph 6 of decision 12/CP.9;
6- يقرر أن يُشترط على جميع أعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو أن يوقعوا اتفاقـاً بشـأن خدمات خبراء الاستعراض، وفقاً للفقرة 6 من المقرر 12/م أ-9؛

Requests the secretariat to develop and implement the updated training programme for members of expert review teams participating in annual reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol, as outlined in the annex to this decision, including the examination of experts;
1- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تضع وتنفِّذ برنامج التدريب المحدَّث لأعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض السنوي بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو، على النحو المبيَّن في مرفق هذا المقرر، ويشمل ذلك امتحان الخبراء؛

35. At its fifth session, the Conference adopted a decision on the development and implementation of an updated training programme for members of expert review teams participating in annual reviews under article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol.
35 - واتخذ مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الخامسة، مقررا بشأن وضع وتنفيذ برنامج تدريب محدَّث لأعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض السنوي بموجب المادة ٨ من بروتوكول كيوتو().

1. Requests the secretariat, subject to the availability of resources, to develop and implement the training programme for members of expert review teams participating in the initial reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol, in accordance with the provisions in annex I to this decision, including requirements for testing of experts, and to give priority to implementation of a final seminar for the course on application of adjustments;
1- يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تضع وتنفذ، رهناً بتوافر الموارد، البرنامج التدريبي لأعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض الأولية بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو، وذلك وفقاً للأحكام الواردة في المرفق الأول لهذا المقرر، بما فيها شروط إجراء اختبار للخبراء، وإيلاء أولوية لعقد حلقة دراسية نهائية في دورة تطبيق التعديلات؛

3. Requests the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, at its first session in 2006, to assess the results of the training programme and to make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol on the further development and implementation of the training programme for members of expert review teams participating in reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol;
3- يطلب إلى الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية أن تقيِّم في دورتها الأولى في عام 2006 نتائج برنامج التدريب وأن تقدم توصيات إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو بشأن مواصلة تطوير وتنفيذ برنامج التدريب لأعضاء أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض المشاركين في عمليات الاستعراض بموجب المادة 8 من بروتوكول كيوتو؛

6. Decides that all members of expert review teams participating in the reviews under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol shall be required to sign an agreement for expert review services, in accordance with paragraph 6 of decision -/CP.9 (Issues relating to the technical review of greenhouse gas inventories);
