After discussion, the Working Group adopted the substance of paragraph (3) and referred to the drafting group the matter of the reformulation of the second sentence in order to refer to the place of business or, in the case of more than one place of business, to the principal place of business or, in the case of an individual, to the habitual residence of the assignor.
