The secretariats of UNCTAD and the World Trade Organization jointly prepared the report for discussion (E/1998/55, annex).

4. The provisional agenda of the Conference (see section I above) was drawn up by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO.
٤- أعدت أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت )انظر الفرع " أولا " أعلاه(.

The group started to consider a set of revised draft articles prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO and decided to continue with its consideration at its next session which is to be held at UNCTAD, Geneva, from 2 to 6 December 1996.
وقد شرع الفريق في النظر في مجموعة من مشاريع المواد المنقحة التي أعدتها أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية وقرر أن يواصل النظر فيها في دورته المقبلة التي ستعقد في اﻷونكتاد، بجنيف، في الفترة من ٢ إلى ٦ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ٩٩٦١.

5. In order to facilitate the work of the Joint Intergovernmental Group, the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO have prepared a note entitled " Consideration of the review of the 1952 Convention on Arrest of Sea-going Ships " .
٥- رغبة في تيسير عمل فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المشترك، أعدت أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية مذكرة بعنوان " النظر في استعراض اتفاقية حجز السفن البحرية لعام ٢٥٩١ " )٦(.

The Group started a preliminary reading of the articles of the Convention, bearing in mind the comments and observations contained in document JIGE(VII)/2 prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO.
وشرع الفريق في إجراء قراءة أولية لمواد الاتفاقية آخذا في اعتباره التعليقات والملاحظات الواردة في الوثيقة JIGE(VII)/2 التي أعدتها أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية.

9. The Intergovernmental Group of Experts also decided that a document containing revised draft articles for a convention on arrest of sea-going ships would be prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO, in consultation with the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Group, on the basis of the decisions of the Group.
٩- وقرر فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي أيضاً أن تقوم أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية، بعد التشاور مع رئيس الفريق الحكومي الدولي، بإعداد مشروع منقح لمواد تتعلق باتفاقية حجز السفن البحرية، استناداً إلى قرارات الفريق.

The attached provisional agenda and annotations thereto (JIGE(VII)/1)** have been prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO for the seventh session of the Joint Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Maritime Liens and Mortgages and Related Subjects.
أعدت أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت المرفق وشروحه (JIGE(VII)/1)** من أجل الدورة السابعة لفريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المشترك المعني بالامتيازات والرهون البحرية والمواضيع المتصلة بها. ـ

The attached provisional agenda and annotations thereto (JIGE(IX)/1)*/ have been prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO for the ninth session of the Joint Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Maritime Liens and Mortgages and Related Subjects.
أعدت أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت المرفق وشروحه (JIGE(IX)/1)* من أجل الدورة التاسعة لفريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي المشترك المعني بالامتيازات والرهون البحرية والمواضيع المتصلة بها. ـ

2. The Sessional Group considered document JIGE(VII)/2, issued by UNCTAD under cover of TD/B/CN.4/GE.2/2 and by IMO under cover of LEG/MLM 29, prepared by the secretariats of UNCTAD and IMO, which outlined possible modifications to the 1952 Arrest Convention that might be required in the light of the adoption of the 1993 MLM Convention.
٢- نظر فريق الدورة في الوثيقة JIGE(VII)/2، التي صدرت عن اﻷونكتاد طي الوثيقة TD/B/CN.4/GE.2/2 وعن المنظمة البحرية الدولية طي الوثيقة LEG/MLM 29، وقد أعدتها أمانتا اﻷونكتاد والمنظمة البحرية الدولية. وهي تبيﱢن التعديلات الممكنة لاتفاقية الحجز لعام ٢٥٩١ التي قد يلزم إدخالها على ضوء اعتماد اتفاقيــة الامتيــازات والرهــون البحريـة لعام ٣٩٩١.
