If, within six months from the date of the request, the parties are unable to agree on the organization of the arbitration, any party may refer the dispute to the International Court of Justice, by application, in conformity with the Statute of the Court.
وفي حالة عدم تمكن الأطراف من التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن تنظيم أمر التحكيم في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ الطلب، جاز لأي منها إحالة النـزاع إلى محكمة العدل الدولية، بتقديم طلب بذلك، وفقا للنظام الأساسي للمحكمة.

If the parties cannot agree upon the organization of the arbitration within six months of such a request, the dispute may be referred to the International Court of Justice by either party, in accordance with the Statute of the Court.
وإذا فشلت الأطراف في الاتفاق على تنظيم أمر التحكيم في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ ذلك الطلب، يجوز لأي من الطرفين إحالة النزاع إلى محكمة العدل الدولية وفقا للنظام الأساسي للمحكمة().
