35. In its resolution 56/122, the General Assembly commended the Institute for its efforts to promote and coordinate regional technical cooperation activities related to crime prevention and criminal justice.
35 - أشادت الجمعية العامة بالمعهد في قرارها 56/122 لما يبذله من جهود من أجل تعزيز وتنسيق أنشطة التعاون التقني الإقليمية المتصلة بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.

The Board noted that in its resolution 63/196 the General Assembly had commended the Institute for its efforts to promote and coordinate regional technical cooperation activities related to crime prevention and criminal justice.
ولاحظ المجلس أن الجمعية العامة قد أثنت على المعهد، في قرارها 63/196، لما يبذله من جهود من أجل تعزيز وتنسيق أنشطة التعاون التقني الإقليمية ذات الصلة بمنع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.

1 - تثــني على معهد الأمم المتحدة الأفريقي لمنع الجريمة ومعاملة المجرمين لما يبذله من جهود من أجل تعزيز وتنسيق أنشطة التعاون التقني الإقليمية المتصلة بنظم منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في أفريقيا؛

Through this instrument, the Network is assigned responsibility for the management and execution of regional technical cooperation activities identified by the respective countries, including Cuba, as priorities in building capacities for the effective implementation and enforcement of IMO global maritime standards.
وبموجب هذا الصك، تُناط بالشبكة مسؤولية إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة التعاون التقني الإقليمية التي تحددها البلدان المعنية، بما في ذلك كوبا، بوصفها أنشطة ذات أولوية في مجال بناء القدرات من أجل تنفيذ المعايير البحرية العالمية للمنظمة وإنفاذها بشكل فعال.
