IFS is a member of the NGO Committee on UNICEF and participates through the committee in the activities of the Executive Board of UNICEF.
ويُعد الاتحاد عضوا في لجنة المنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية باليونيسيف، وشارك عن طريق اللجنة في أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لليونيسيف.

It shall also oversee the activities of the Executive Council and the Technical Secretariat and may issue guidelines to either of them for the exercise of their functions.

ثانيا - أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي للمعهد

These rules of procedures shall apply to all activities of the Executive Board of the clean development mechanism (CDM) undertaken in accordance with decision 17/CP.7, and the annex thereto on the modalities and procedures for a CDM, as defined in Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol.
1- تنطبق مواد هذا النظام الداخلي على جميع أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة المضطلع بها وفقاً للمقرر 17/م أ-7، ولمرفقه المتعلق بطرائق وإجراءات آلية التنمية النظيفة، بحسب تعريفها في المادة 12 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

These rules of procedures shall apply to all activities of the Executive Board of the clean development mechanism (CDM) undertaken in accordance with decision 17/CP.7, and the annex thereto on the modalities and procedures for a CDM, as defined in Article 12 of the Kyoto Protocol.
1- تنطبق مواد هذا النظام الداخلي على جميع أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة المضطلع بها وفقاً للمقرر 17/م أ-7، ولمرفقه المتعلق بطرائق وإجراءات آلية التنمية النظيفة، كما حُددت في المادة 12 من بروتوكول كيوتو.

Welcomes the fact that the required operating reserve has now been collected from shares of proceeds and fees, and that the activities of the Executive Board and the support provided by the secretariat to the operation of the clean development mechanism are now funded by the shares of proceeds and fees;
44- يرحب بأن الاحتياطي التشغيلي المطلوب قد تم تحصيله الآن من أنصبة العائدات والرسوم، وأن أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي والدعم الذي تقدمه الأمانة لتشغيل آلية التنمية النظيفة يمولان الآن من أنصبة العائدات والرسوم؛

Also by its decision 6/CMP.2, the CMP requested the secretariat to produce a synthesis report based on the annual submission of information, as well as information on activities of the Executive Board to the CDM relating to regional distribution of CDM projects activities and related capacity-building.
47- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف أيضاً، بموجب مقرره 6/م أإ-2 أن تعد الأمانة تقريراً توليفياً يستند إلى المعلومات المقدمة سنوياً ومعلومات أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة المتعلقة بالتوزيع الإقليمي لأنشطة مشاريع الآلية وما يتصل بذلك من بناء للقدرات.

In response to decision 7/CMP.1, fees and share of proceeds on CERs have been collected, with a view to using them as of 1 January 2008 such that activities of the Executive Board, as envisaged in the CDM-MAP, can be financed from this source.
112- واستجابةً للمقرر 7/م أإ-1، تمّ تحصيل الرسوم والنصيب المخصص من العائدات على وحدات الخفض المعتمد للانبعاثات، لضمان إمكانية تمويل أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي ابتداءً من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008، وفقاً لخطة إدارة آلية التنمية النظيفة.

The CMP, by its decision 6/CMP.2, requested the secretariat to produce a synthesis report based on these submissions, as well as information on activities of the Executive Board to the clean development mechanismCDM relating to regional distribution of clean development mechanismCDM projects activities and related capacity-building.
67- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، بموجب مقرره 6/م أإ-2 أن تعد الأمانة تقريراً توليفياً على أساس هذه المعلومات والمعلومات عن أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة المتعلقة بالتوزيع الإقليمي لأنشطة مشاريع الآلية وما يتصل بذلك من بناء للقدرات.

By its decision 6/CMP.2, the CMP requested the secretariat to include information on activities of the Executive Board of the clean development mechanism (CDM Executive Board) relating to regional distribution of CDM project activities and related capacity-building in the monitoring.
35- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو بموجب مقرره 6/م أإ-2 إلى الأمانة أن تُدخل معلومات عن أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي لآلية التنمية النظيفة بخصوص التوزيع الإقليمي لأنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة وبناء القدرات ذات الصلة في عملية الرصد.

124- واستجابةً للمقرر 7/م أإ-1، يتمّ تحصيل الرسوم وحصة العائدات على وحدات الخفض المعتمد للانبعاثات، وسيتمّ تجميع هذه الأموال حتى نهاية عام 2007 لضمان إمكانية تمويل أنشطة المجلس التنفيذي ابتداءً من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008، وفقاً لخطة إدارة آلية التنمية النظيفة.
