وإذ تعيد تأكيد أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

وإذ تعيد تأكيد أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

The Assembly reaffirmed that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
وأكدت الجمعية من جديد على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى، بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

35. Article 19 of the Charter states that no State may use or encourage the use of coercive measures of an economic or political character in order to force the sovereign will of another State and obtain from it advantages of any kind.
٣٥ - وتنص المادة ١٩ من الميثاق على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو تشجع على استخدام أي تدابير قسرية ذات طابع سياسي أو اقتصادي لاخضاع اﻹرادة السياسية لدولة أخرى والحصول منها على مزايا من أي نوع.

" وإذ تعيد تأكيد أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

22. Article 32 states that no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights.
٢٢ - تنص المادة ٣٢ على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو أن تشجع على استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد اجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية.

Article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States affirms that “no State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of its sovereign rights” (see General Assembly resolution 3281 (XXIX)).
وتؤكد المادة ٣٢ من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية أنه " ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم، أو تشجع استخدام، تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " )انظر قرار الجمعية العامة ٣٢٨١ )د - ٢٩((.

وإذ تعيد تأكيد المبادئ واﻷحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الذي أعلنته الجمعية العامة بقرارها ١٨٢٣)د-٩٢( المؤرخ في ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٤٧٩١، ولا سيما المادة ٢٣ منه التي تعلن أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد اجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

Reaffirming the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, Resolution 2625 (XXV), annex. which states, inter alia, that no State may use or encourage the use of unilateral economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights,
وإذ تعيد تأكيد إعلان مبادئ القانون الدولي المتصلة بالعلاقات الودية والتعاون بين الدول)٨١( وفقا لميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والذي ينص، من جملة أمور، على أنه ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير أحادية اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية،

Article 32 of the Charter of Economic Rights and Duties of States, contained in resolution 3281 (XXIX) adopted at the twenty-ninth session of the General Assembly, also states that “No State may use or encourage the use of economic, political or any other type of measures to coerce another State in order to obtain from it the subordination of the exercise of its sovereign rights”.
كما تنص المادة ٣٢ من ميثاق حقوق الدول وواجباتها الاقتصادية الوارد في القرار ٣٢٨١ )د - ٢٩( الذي اعتمد في الدورة التاسعة والعشرين للجمعية العامة على أنه " ليس ﻷي دولة أن تستخدم أو أن تشجع على استخدام تدابير، اقتصادية أو سياسية أو من أي نوع آخر، للضغط على دولة أخرى بقصد إجبارها على التبعية لها في ممارسة حقوقها السيادية " .
