2 - يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية رسالة ما، وذلك عند تلقي طلب كتابي من مقدم أو مقدمي الرسالة أو نيابة عنه أو عنهم يتضمن معلومات تبين أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.

(b) that this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a written request by or on behalf of the alleged victims containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;
)ب( وأنه يمكن أن يُعاد النظر في القرار بموجب المادة ١٠٩ من النظام الداخلي للجنة فور تسلم طلب خطي، من قِبل الضحيتين ادعاء أو نيابة عنهما، يتضمن معلومات مفادها أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد تنطبق؛

(b) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 109 of the Committee’s rules of procedure upon receipt of a request by or on behalf of the author containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply;

2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر، في وقت لاحق، في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (د) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من الشخص المعني أو من ينوب عنه يتضمن معلومات تبيّن أن أسباب عدم المقبولية المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (د) من المادة 2 لم تعد قائمة.

2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر، في وقت لاحق، في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (د) من المادة 2 من البروتوكول الاختياري عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من الشخص المعني أو من ينوب عنه يتضمن معلومات تبيّن أن أسباب عدم المقبولية المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (د) من المادة 2 لم تعد سارية.

2- يجوز للجنة أن تعيد النظر، في وقت لاحق، في قرار اتخذته بعدم مقبولية بلاغ ما بموجب المادة 2(د) من البروتوكول الاختياري عند تلقي طلب خطِّي من الشخص المعني أو من ينوب عنه يتضمن معلومات تبيّن أن أسباب عدم المقبولية المشار إليها في المادة 2(د) لم تعد قائمة.

(c) That this decision may be reviewed under rule 92 (2) of the Committee's rules of procedure upon receipt of a written request by or on behalf of the authors containing information to the effect that the reasons for inadmissibility no longer apply.
(ج) أنه يجوز لها أن تعيد النظر في هذا القرار، طبقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 92 من نظامها الداخلي، إذا تلقت من أصحاب البلاغ أو باسمهم طلباً مكتوباً يتضمن معلومات يتضح منها أن أسباب عدم المقبولية لم تعد قائمة.
