63- لا ترد في التشريعات الأردنية نصوص يستدل منها أن الأطفال المولودين خارج إطار الزواج لا يتمتعون بالحقوق التي يتمتع بها الأطفال من زواج شرعي، فهم يتمتعون بالحق في التعليم والصحة والجنسية، إلا أن بعض التشريعات الأردنية تعطي الطفل الشرعي حقوقاً تختلف عن الحقوق التي تعطيها للطفل غير الشرعي.
