Another tripartite mission with the participation of Tunisia, Ethiopia and the OAU secretariat was sent to Somalia, and came to the conclusion that we have yet to explore all the possibilities for national peace in Somalia, and that the OAU should continue to follow the situation closely and to encourage and support the various factions at a time when they are moving towards consensus.
وأرسلت إلى الصومال بعثة ثلاثية أخرى شاركت فيها تونس وإثيوبيا وأمانة منظمة الوحدة الافريقية، وتوصلت إلى الاستنتاج بأنه يبقى علينا استكشاف جميع إمكانيات المصالحة الوطنية في الصومال، وانه ينبغي لمنظمة الوحدة الافريقية أن تواصل متابعة الحالة عن كثب وتشجيع ودعم مختلف الفصائل عند اتجاهها صوب توافق اﻵراء.

Decides to follow the situation in the Non-Self-Governing Territories so as to ensure that all economic activities in those Territories are aimed at strengthening and diversifying their economies in the interest of their peoples, including the indigenous populations, and at promoting the economic and financial viability of those Territories;
13 - تقرر أن تواصل متابعة الحالة في الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي لكي تكفل توجيه جميع الأنشطة الاقتصادية في تلك الأقاليم نحو دعم وتنويع اقتصاداتها تحقيقا لمصالح شعوبها، ومن بينها السكان الأصليون، ونحو تعزيز قدرات تلك الأقاليم الاقتصادية والمالية؛

١٣ - تقرر أن تواصل متابعة الحالة في اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي لكي تكفل أن تكون جميع اﻷنشطة الاقتصادية في تلك اﻷقاليم موجﱠهة نحو دعم وتنويع اقتصاداتها لصالح شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، ومن بينها السكان اﻷصليون، ونحو تعزيز القدرات الاقتصادية والمالية لتلك اﻷقاليم؛
