1-6 فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الفقرتين الفرعيتين 1 (أ) و (ج) من القرار فضلا عن المادة 8 من الاتفاقية الدولية لقمع تمويل الإرهاب، ستكون لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب ممتنة لو أن قبرص قدمت موجزا بإجراءاتها القانونية الرئيسية المتعلقة بمصادرة الأصول أو بتشغيل آليات منع أخرى، مع الاهتمام بصفة خاصة بالأصل القانوني لأصول الأنشطة الإرهابية ذات الصلة.
