وتنص المادة ١٧ من قانون الطفل أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يُتبنى وفقا للقانون، على أن يكون التبني لمصلحة الطفل.

Article 22 of the Act states that every child has the right to receive an education in accordance with the education law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

٨٥- أكدت المادة ١٠ من قانون حقوق الطفل أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يكون لـه اسم يميزه عن غيره، يسجل عند الميلاد في سجلات المواليد.

Article 43 (1) (f) guarantees every citizen a right to education while Article 53 (1) (b) states that every child has a right to free and compulsory basic education.
وتضمن المادة 43(1)(و) لكل مواطن الحق في التعليم في حين تنص المادة 53(1)(ب) على أن لكل طفل الحق في التعليم المجاني والأساسي الإلزامي.

The Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act provided that every child had the right to protection against exploitation, improper influences, hazards and other conditions or circumstances prejudicial to his or her physical, mental, emotional, social and moral development.
84- وينص القانون المتعلق بالحماية الخاصة للأطفال من الاعتداء والاستغلال والتمييز على أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية من الاستغلال والتأثيرات غير المشروعة والمخاطر وغيرها من الأوضاع أو الظروف الضارة بنموهم الجسماني والعقلي والعاطفي والاجتماعي والأخلاقي.

Article 10 of the above-mentioned Act states that every child is entitled to his or her own name, which must be registered at birth, in accordance with the Civil Status and Civil Register Act.
273- كما تضمنت المادة 10 من القانون المذكور أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يكون لـه اسم يميزه يسجل عند الميلاد في سجلات المواليد وفقاً لأحكام قانون الأحوال المدنية والسجل المدني.
