٨ - تقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ٤١ و ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٠٠٠٢ ، بغية اتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر ؛

" ٨ - تقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ٤١ و ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٠٠٠٢، بغية اتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر؛

4. Also decides that the high-level segment of the Thirteenth Congress shall be held during the first two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main theme of the Congress and to enhance the possibility of generating useful feedback;
4 - تقرر أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثالث عشر أثناء اليومين الأولين للمؤتمر ليتسنى لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء الحكوميين التركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر وإبداء آراء مفيدة في هذا الشأن؛

3. Also decides that the highlevel segment of the Eleventh Congress shall be held during the last three days of the Congress in order to allow heads of State or Government or government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
3 - تقرر أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الحادي عشر خلال الأيام الثلاثة الأخيرة للمؤتمر، لإتاحة المجال لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

" 3. Also decides that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress shall be held during the last two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and Government ministers to focus on the main substantive agenda items of the Congress;
" 3 - تقرر أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، بغية إتاحة الفرصة لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء للتركيز على البنود الموضوعية الرئيسية من جدول أعمال المؤتمر؛

It also decided that the high-level segment of the Twelfth Congress will be held during the last two days of the Congress, and that the main theme will be " Comprehensive strategies for global challenges: crime prevention and criminal justice systems and their development in a changing world " , and approved the provisional agenda for the Congress.
وقررت أيضا أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثاني عشر في اليومين الأخيرين من المؤتمر، وأن يكون الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر " الاستراتيجيات الشاملة لمواجهة التحديات العالمية: نظم منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية وتطورها في عالم متغير " ، ووافقت على جدول الأعمال المؤقت للمؤتمر.

Mindful that in its resolution 68/185 it also decided that the high-level segment of the Thirteenth Congress would be held during the first two days of the Congress in order to allow Heads of State or Government and government ministers to focus on the main theme of the Congress and to enhance the possibility of generating useful feedback,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أنها قررت أيضا في قرارها 68/185 أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر الثالث عشر أثناء اليومين الأولين للمؤتمر ليتسنى لرؤساء الدول أو الحكومات والوزراء التركيز على الموضوع الرئيسي للمؤتمر() وتعزيز إمكانية إبداء آراء مفيدة في هذا الشأن،

The Assembly would encourage Governments to make preparations for the Tenth Congress at an early stage, would reiterate its invitation to Member States to be represented at the Tenth Congress at the highest political level and would decide that the high-level segment of the Tenth Congress should be held on 14 and 15 April 2000.
وتشجع الجمعية العامة الحكومات على الاضطلاع باﻷعمال التحضيرية للمؤتمر في مرحلة مبكرة ، وتكرر دعوتها الى الدول اﻷعضاء بأن يكون تمثيلها في المؤتمر العاشر على أعلى مستوى سياسي ، وتقرر أن يعقد الجزء الرفيع المستوى من المؤتمر العاشر في ٤١ و ٥١ نيسان/أبريل ٠٠٠٢ .
