The Assembly endorsed this request and asked the Secretary-General to report thereon to the Assembly at its sixty-eighth session (see resolution 67/237).

2. In this regard, the Committee also draws attention to General Assembly resolution 60/268, reiterated in paragraph 32 of resolution 63/287, requesting OIOS to refine the methodology for allocating resident auditors, taking into account the risks and complexity of the operation of individual peacekeeping operations, and to report thereon to the Assembly.
