1. to note with appreciation the work done by the Implementation Committee under the Non-compliance Procedure of the Montreal Protocol in the year 2006;
1 - أن يلاحظ مع التقدير ما قامت به لجنة التنفيذ من أعمال بموجب إجراء عدم الامتثال لبروتوكول مونتريال في عام 2006؛

1. to note with appreciation the work carried out by the Implementation Committee under the Non-Compliance Procedure for the Montreal Protocol in 2011;

5. to note with appreciation, however, that Uruguay submitted a revised plan of action for methyl bromide early phase-out in controlled uses, and to note, without prejudice to the operation of the financial mechanism of the Protocol, that under the revised plan Uruguay specifically commits itself:

My delegation would like to note with appreciation the Secretary-General's efforts at limiting the Organization's expenditures in order to maintain the first zero-growth budget for this biennium, despite the new unbudgeted mandates added during the year.
ويود وفدي أن يلاحظ مع التقدير الجهود التي يبذلها اﻷمين العام للحد من نفقات المنظمة بغية إبقاء ميزانية فترة السنتين الحالية كأول ميزانية يكون نموها صفرا، وذلك على الرغم من استحداث ولايات جديدة لم تكن مدرجة في الميزانية بل أضيفت إليها أثناء العام.
