As stated in paragraph 13 above, in its resolution 67/184, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of regional preparatory meetings for the Thirteenth Congress.
15- حسبما جاء في الفقرة 13 أعلاه، طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 67/184 إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم الاجتماعات الإقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثالث عشر.

The General Assembly, in its resolution 62/173, requested the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of regional preparatory meetings, including meetings of the least developed countries, for the Twelfth Congress.
وطلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 62/173، إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم الاجتماعات الإقليمية التحضيرية، بما في ذلك اجتماعات أقل البلدان نموا، للمؤتمر الثاني عشر.

13- طلبت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 67/184، إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم الاجتماعات الإقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثالث عشر وأن يعمل على توفير الموارد الضرورية لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في تلك الاجتماعات وفي المؤتمر نفسه، وفقاً للممارسة المتَّبعة سابقاً وبالتشاور مع الدول الأعضاء.

11. Also requests the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of regional preparatory meetings for the Thirteenth Congress and to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries in those meetings and in the Congress itself, in accordance with past practice and in consultation with Member States;
11- تطلب أيضاً إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم الاجتماعات الإقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثالث عشر، وأن يوفّر الموارد الضرورية لمشاركة أقل البلدان نمواً في تلك الاجتماعات وفي المؤتمر نفسه، وفقاً للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي وبالتشاور مع الدول الأعضاء؛

4. Requests the Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, subject to the availability of extrabudgetary resources, to facilitate the organization and holding of the international conference and to report thereon to the Commission at its fifty-fifth session.
4- تطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدّرات والجريمة، رهنا بتوافر الموارد من خارج الميزانية، أن ييسّر تنظيم وعقد المؤتمر الدولي وأن يقدّم تقريرا بهذا الشأن إلى لجنة المخدّرات في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين.

4. In its resolution 63/193, the General Assembly reiterated its request to the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of regional preparatory meetings for the Twelfth Congress; and urged participants in the meetings to examine the substantive items on the agenda and the topics of the workshops of the Congress and to make action-oriented recommendations.
4- وكررت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 63/193، طلبها إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم الاجتماعات الإقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثاني عشر، وحثّت المشاركين في تلك الاجتماعات على أن ينظروا في البنود الموضوعية المدرجة في جدول الأعمال وفي مواضيع حلقات عمل المؤتمر وأن يقدموا توصيات عملية المنحى.

Requests the Secretary-General to facilitate the organization of ancillary meetings of non-governmental and professional organizations participating in the Eleventh Congress, in accordance with past practice, as well as meetings of professional and geographical interest groups, and to take appropriate measures to encourage the participation of the academic and research community in the Congress;
13 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن ييسّر تنظيم اجتماعات فرعية للمنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المهنية المشاركة في المؤتمر الحادي عشر، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي، وكذلك اجتماعات للمجموعات المهنية والجغرافية المهتمة بالأمر، وأن يتخذ التدابير المناسبة لتشجيع مشاركة الأوساط الأكاديمية والبحثية في المؤتمر؛
