The Commission recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution on multilingualism, noted that it was desirable for international staff to be proficient in at least one of the working languages and encouraged to be proficient in one or more of the official languages in use in their organizations.
وأشارت اللجنة إلى قرار الجمعية العامة المتعلق بالتعددية اللغوية فذكرت أنه يفضل في الموظف الدولي أن يتقن لغة واحدة على اﻷقل من لغات العمل وينبغي أن يشجع على اتقان واحدة أو أكثر من اللغات الرسمية المستخدمة في المنظمات.
