(b) Shall declare illegal and prohibit organizations, and organized and all other propaganda activities, that promote and incite racial discrimination, and shall recognize participation in such organizations or activities as an offence punishable by law;
(ب) إعلان المنظمات والأنشطة الدعائية المنظمة وجميع الأنشطة الدعائية الأخرى التي تروج للتمييز العنصري وتحرض عليه منظمات وأنشطة غير مشروعة وحظرها واعتبار المشاركة في منظمات أو أنشطة من هذا القبيل جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون؛

(d) To declare illegal and prohibit organizations and organized and all other propaganda activities that promote and incite racial discrimination and to recognize participation in such organizations or activities as an offence punishable by law;
(د) اعتبار المنظمات والأنشطة الدعائية المنظمة وجميع الأنشطة الدعائية الأخرى التي تروج للتمييز العنصري وتحرض عليه منظمات وأنشطة غير مشروعة وحظرها، والإقرار بأن المشاركة في منظمات أو أنشطة من هذا القبيل جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون؛
