26- ولاحظت لجنة الخبراء التابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية كذلك أن أي شخص يمارس القوادة باستخدام طفل دون سن السادسة عشرة أو يجعله يذهب إلى أي شارع أو مرفق أو مكان بغرض التسول أو القيام بأنشطة غير مشروعة، كالقمار أو أي أنشطة أخرى تضر بصحة الطفل أو رفاهه، يُعتبر مجرماً بموجب المادة 6 من قانون الأطفال واليافعين.
