This criminal offence is defined as cooperation in the prostitution of another person for the purpose of exploitation and accustoming or inciting another person to prostitution or obtaining another person for prostitution by force, threat or deception.
وتُعرِّف هذه الجريمة بأنها التعاون في بغاء شخص آخر بغرض الاستغلال، وتعويد أو إغواء شخص آخر على البغاء أو الحصول على شخص آخر لأغراض البغاء بالقوة أو التهديد أو الحيلة.

If the victim of the abduction is a female, a juvenile, insane or feeble-minded, or if the abduction is effected through the use of force, threats or deception, the penalty is a term of up to seven years' imprisonment.
فإذا وقع الخطف على أنثى أو على حدث أو على مجنون أو معتوه أو كان الخطف بالقوة أو التهديد أو الحيلة كانت العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد على سبع سنوات.

- Anyone who uses force, threats or deception to commit an act of indecent assault shall be liable to a penalty of up to 15 years' imprisonment.
- اعتبرت المادة (191) هتك عرض إنسان بالإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة جريمة يعاقب عليها بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز خمس عشرة سنة.

(1) Whoever participates for exploitative purposes in the prostitution of another or instructs, obtains or encourages another to engage in prostitution with force, threats or deception shall be given a prison sentence of between three months and five years.
(1) أي شخص يشارك لأغراض استغلالية في دعارة شخص آخر أو يأمره أو يستحوذ عليه أو يشجّعه للمشاركة في البغاء بالقوة أو التهديد أو الحيلة يستحق عقوبة السجن لفترة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أشهر وخمس سنوات.

(c) The penalty shall be a term of up to 12 years' imprisonment if the author of the offence used any form of coercion, intimidation or deception.
(ج) تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد عن اثنتي عشرة سنة إذا استخدم الجاني أي وسيلة من وسائل الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة.

(c) The penalty shall be a term of up to 12 years' imprisonment if the author of the offence used any form of coercion, intimidation or deception.
(ج) تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد عن أثنتي عشرة سنة إذا استخدم الجاني أي وسيلة من وسائل الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة.

109. If the abduction involves the use of force or deception or any of the aggravating circumstances specified in article 421, the penalty is life imprisonment if the victim is female, and a term of up to 15 years' imprisonment if the victim is male.
109- وإذا وقع الخطف بطريق الإكراه أو الحيلة أو توافرت فيه أحد ظروف التشديد المبينة في المادة 421 تكون العقوبة السجن إذا كان المخطوف أنثى والسجن مدة لا تزيد على خمس عشرة سنة إذا كان ذكراً.

Article 272: A penalty of up to five years' imprisonment shall be imposed on any person who violates the honour of a free person through coercion or deception, or if the victim is a female under the age of 10 years or a male under the age of 12 years or lacks volition or is deficient for any reason, or if the perpetrator is an ascendant of the victim or responsible for the upbringing of the victim.
مادة ٢٧٢: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن خمس سنوات كل من هتك عرض إنسان حر بالإكراه أو الحيلة أو إذا كان المجني عليه أنثى لم تتجاوز خمس عشرة سنه أو ذكرًا لم يجاوز أثنى عشر سنه أو معدوم الإرادة أو ناقصًا لأي سبب أو إذا كان الجاني من أصول المجني عليه أو من المتولين تربيته.

67. If the abduction takes place with the use of coercion or deception, or with any of the aggravating circumstances defined under article 421, the penalty is rigorous imprisonment if the victim is female and up to 15 years' rigorous imprisonment if the victim is male.
67- وإذا وقع الخطف بطريق الإكراه أو الحيلة أو توافرت فيه احد ظروف التشديد المبينة في المادة 421 تكون العقوبة السجن إذا كان المخطوف أنثى والسجن مدة لا تزيد على خمس عشرة سنة إذا كان ذكراً.

" (c) The penalty shall be a term of up to 12 years' imprisonment, if the perpetrator of the offence used any form of coercion, intimidation or deception. "
(ج) تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد عن اثنتي عشرة سنة إذا استخدم الجاني أي وسيلة من وسائل الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة.

43. Article 423 of the Criminal Code offers stronger protection to female victims: " Anyone who either himself or by means of a third party abducts a woman over the age of 18 with the use of coercion or deception shall be liable to up to 15 years' rigorous imprisonment.
43- تضع المادة 423 من نفس القانون حماية مشددة في حالة وقوع فعل الخطف على الأنثى بالقول: " من خطف بنفسه أو بواسطة غيره بطريق الإكراه أو الحيلة أنثى أتمت الثامنة عشرة من العمر يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تزيد على خمس عشرة سنة.

Article 272 of the Penal Code prescribes a penalty of up to five years' imprisonment for anyone who, through force or deception, sexually abuses a female under 15 years of age, a male under 12 years of age or any person who is wholly or partly incapable of exercising discretion for any reason whatsoever. The same penalty applies if the offender is an ascendant of the victim or responsible for his or her upbringing;
عاقبت المادة ٢٧٢ من قانون الجرائم والعقوبات بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات كل من هتك عرض إنسان حي باﻹكراه أو الحيلة أو إذا كان المجني عليه أنثى لم تتجاوز خمس عشرة سنة، أو ذكراً لم يتجاوز من العمر اثنى عشرة سنة أو معدوم من الارادة أو ناقصاً ﻷي سبب من اﻷسباب، أو إذا كان الجاني من أصول المجني عليه أو من المتولين تربيته؛

(d) Article 272: " A term of up to five years' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who commits an act of indecency by means of coercion or deception, or with a female under the age of 15, or with a male under the age of 12 or with a person who lacks discretionary capacity for any reason, or where the perpetrator is an ascendant or a person responsible for the upbringing of the victim " ;
(د) المادة 272: " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن خمس سنوات كل من هتك عرض إنسان حي بالإكراه أو الحيلة أو إذا كان المجني عليه أنثى لم تتجاوز خمس عشرة سنة أو ذكراً لم يتجاوز اثنتي عشرة سنة أو معدوم الإرادة أو ناقصها لأي سبب أو إذا كان الجاني من أصول المجني عليه أو من المتولين تربيته " ؛

If a woman is induced to commit lewdness or prostitution through coercion, threat, or deception, the penalty is nine years, or ten years if the victim is under 18 (Article 325 - Penalties).
وتصل العقوبة إلى سبع سنوات إذا تم حمل المرأة على ارتكاب الفجور والدعارة عن طريق الإكراه أو التهديد أو الحيلة لترتفع العقوبة هنا إلى حد الحبس لمدة عشر سنوات إذا كانت المجني عليها دون الثامنة عشر من عمرها (المادة 325 عقوبات).

52. Article 272 prescribes a term of up to five years' imprisonment for committing an act of indecency against a living person using coercion or deception, or with a female under the age of 15, or with a male under the age of 12, or with a person who lacks discretionary capacity for any reason, or where the perpetrator is a relative of the victim or is responsible for his or her upbringing.
52- مادة 272: " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات كل من هتك عرض إنسان حي بالإكراه أو الحيلة أو إذا كان المجني عليه أنثى لم تتجاوز خمس عشرة سنه أو ذكراً لم يجاوز أثنى عشر سنه أو معدوم الإرادة أو ناقصاً لأي سبب أو إذا كان الجاني من أصول المجني عليه أو من المتولين تربيته " .
