The Ministry of the Interior of the State of Qatar is adopting numerous effective measures in implementation of the provisions of the above-mentioned resolution to prevent the entry into the territory of Qatar or transit through its territory of the persons concerned:
تقوم وزارة الداخلية بدولة قطر بإجراءات عديدة وعملية لتنفيذ ما جاء في القرار المذكور أعلاه، فيما يتعلق بمنع دخول هؤلاء الأفراد إلى أراضي الدولة أو المرور العابر بها، وهي:

Recalling the applicable principles and rules of international law relating to the freedom of the high seas and the rights of innocent passage, archipelagic sea lanes passage or transit passage of ships and aircraft, particularly those of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea,
وإذ تشير إلى مبادئ وقواعد القانون الدولي المنطبقة فيما يتعلق بحرية أعالي البحار وحقوق المرور البريء أو المرور في الممرات البحرية الأرخبيلية أو المرور العابر للسفن والطائرات، ولا سيما المبادئ والقواعد الواردة في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار()،

2. Each Party in the exercise of its sovereign rights remains free to decide for itself whether to allow visits by foreign ships and aircraft to its ports and airfields, transit of its airspace by foreign aircraft, and navigation by foreign ships in its territorial sea or archipelagic waters in a manner not covered by the rights of innocent passage, archipelagic sea lane passage or transit passage of straits.
٢ - يبقى كل طرف، في اطار ممارسته لحقوقه السيادية، حرا في اتخاذ قرار بشأن السماح للسفن والطائرات اﻷجنبية الزائرة باستعمال موانيه ومطاراته أو بعبور الطائرات اﻷجنبية لمجاله الجوي، أو للسفن اﻷجنبية بالملاحة في بحره اﻷقليمي أو مياهه اﻷرخبيلية، بشكل لاتشمله حقوق المرور البريء أو عبور البحار اﻷرخبيلية أو المرور العابر بالمضائق.

Liechtenstein has fully implemented the measures to prevent the entry into or transit through its territory of individuals designated by the Committee, pursuant to paragraph 8.

Under the sanctions regime, all States shall take measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of Listed individuals (paragraph 1 of resolution 1455 (2003), paragraph 2 (b) of resolution 1390 (2002)).

Restrictions on entry and transit

- National authorities in charge with the State border control have been instructed to prevent individuals suspected of involvement in the activities of terrorist organizations from entering or transiting through the Moldovan territory;
- صدرت التعليمات إلى السلطات الوطنية المكلفة برقابة حدود الدولة بمنع الأفراد المشتبه في ضلوعهم في أنشطة المنظمات الإرهابية من الدخول إلى إقليم مولدوفا أو المرور العابر فيه؛
