The Conference reaffirms that new supply arrangements for the transfer of source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material should require, as a necessary precondition, acceptance of IAEA full-scope safeguards and international legally binding commitments not to acquire nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.
117 - ويؤكد المؤتمر من جديد أن ترتيبات التوريد الجديدة لنقل المواد المصدرية أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، أو المعدات أو المواد المعدة أو المهيأة خصيصا لتحضير أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، إلى أي دولة غير حائزة لأسلحة نووية ينبغي أن تتطلب، كشرط ضروري، قبول كامل ضمانات الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والالتزامات الدولية الملزمة قانونا بعدم حيازة أسلحة نووية أو أجهزة متفجرة نووية أخرى.

Decide that new supply arrangements for the transfer of source or special fissionable material or equipment or material especially designed or prepared for the processing, use or production of special fissionable material to non-nuclear-weapon States should require, as a necessary precondition, acceptance of an additional protocol based on the protocol model contained in INFCIRC/540 (Corrected);
3 - يقرر أن ترتيبات الإمداد الجديدة لنقل الخامات أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، أو المعدات أو المواد المعدة أو المهيأة خصيصا لتحضير أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، إلى أي دولة غير حائزة لأسلحة نووية ينبغي أن تتطلب، كشرط ضروري، قبول بروتوكول إضافي يستند إلى البروتوكول النموذجي الوارد في الوثيقة INFCIRC/540 (المصوبة)؛

9 - ويقرر المؤتمر أن ترتيبات الإمداد الجديدة لنقل الخامات أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، أو المعدات أو المواد المعدة أو المهيأة خصيصا لتحضير أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة، إلى أي دولة غير حائزة لأسلحة نووية ينبغي أن تتطلب، كشرط ضروري، قبول بروتوكول إضافي يستند إلى البروتوكول النموذجي الوارد في الوثيقة /540INFCIRC (المصوبة).
