The United Nations and the Court agree to settle any dispute related to the interpretation or application of the present Agreement by appropriate means.
تتفق الأمم المتحدة والمحكمة على تسوية أية منازعات تتصل بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق بالوسائل الملائمة.

Matters relating to the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be settled through consultations between the Parties.
تحل المسائل المتصلة بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق عن طريق التشاور بين الطرفين.

Any member may bring to the Council any complaint that a member has failed to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement and any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement.
يجوز لأي عضو أن يقدم إلى المجلس أية شكوى من عدم وفاء عضو بالتزاماته بموجب هذا الاتفاق وأي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق.

2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the UNV, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢- أي نزاع بين اﻷطراف يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة، لا تتم تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by the parties to the dispute shall, at the request of either party to the dispute, be referred to the Council for decision.
1- كل نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق ولا يتوصل طرفا النزاع إلى تسويته يحال، بناء على طلب أي منهما، إلى المجلس للبت فيه.

1. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled among the members involved shall, at the request of any member party to the dispute, be referred to the Council for decision.
١- أي نزاع يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق ولا تتم تسويته بين اﻷعضاء المعنيين يحال الى المجلس للبت فيه بناء على طلب أي عضو طرف في النزاع.

2. Any dispute between the Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement or the regulations of the Tribunal, which cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted, at the request of either Party to the dispute, to an arbitral tribunal, composed of three members.
٢ - يحال، بناء على طلب أي من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة محكمين مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء أي نزاع بين الطرفين يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو بنظم المحكمة وتتعذر تسويته وديا.

(a) any dispute between a Party to this Agreement and any other Party to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement which is not settled by consultation;
(أ) أي منازعة تنشأ بين طرفين من الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق لم تُحَل بالتشاور؛

Any complaint that a member has failed to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement and any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be referred to the Council for decision. Decisions of the Council on these matters shall be final and binding [and by special vote].
تحال أي شكوى مؤداها عدم وفاء أي عضو بالتزاماته بموجب هذا الاتفاق وأي منازعة تتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق إلى المجلس لاتخاذ قرار بشأنها. [وتكون قرارات المجلس بشأن هذه المسائل نهائية وملزمة.]

4- (أ) أي نزاع ثنائي ينشأ بين أي طرفين من الأطراف في ما يتعلق بتفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق أو لوائح برنامج متطوعي الأمم المتحدة تتعذر تسويته بطريقة ودية، يحال بناء على طلب من طرف من طرفي النزاع، إلى هيئة تحكيم مؤلفة من ثلاثة أعضاء.

Settlement of differences on the interpretation or application of the present Agreement
تسوية الخلافات في تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق

1. All differences arising out of the interpretation or application of the present Agreement between two or more States Parties or between the Court and a State Party shall be settled by consultation, negotiation or other agreed mode of settlement.
1 - تتم تسوية جميع المنازعات الناشئة عن تفسير أو تطبيق هذا الاتفاق بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف أو بين المحكمة ودولة طرف، عن طريق التشاور والتفاوض أو أي طريقة أخرى يتفق عليها للتسوية.
