Consequently, over the years the Assembly has adopted special arrangements whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the mission have been retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4.
وبالتالي، اعتمدت الجمعية العامة على مر السنين ترتيبات خاصة تم بموجبها الاحتفاظ بالاعتمادات اللازمة المتعلقة بالتزامات مستحقة لحكومات تقدم وحدات و/أو دعم سوقي إلى البعثة، لمدة تتجاوز الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤ - ٣ و ٤ - ٤ من النظام المالي.

6. Approves, on an exceptional basis, the special arrangements for the Force with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the Force shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as set out in the annex to the present resolution;
٦ - توافق، على سبيل الاستثناء، على الترتيبات الخاصة للقوة، فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، التي تقضي بأن تظل الاعتمادات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات المساهمة في القوة بوحدات و/أو دعم سوقي مفتوحة إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو المبين في مرفق هذا القرار؛
