10- ورأى الفريق العامل أن انتقاد المكتب لمداولات لجنة حقوق الإنسان على أنها تخلو في كثير من الأحيان سواء من دراسة موضوعية جادة لقضايا حقوق الإنسان أو من حوار بناء حقيقي، ربما يكون انتقادا وجيها، إلا أنه لا يجوز أن يُنسب إلى اللجنة الفرعية أو فريقها العامل.

Even if ultimately no uniform solutions would be prepared, an in-depth discussion by delegates from all major legal, social and economic systems represented in the Commission or its Working Group would be useful in that it would provide welcome information to users of arbitration world-wide about the difficulties that have emerged in practice and the possible solutions to such difficulties.
ولكن حتى في حال عدم التوصل في النهاية الى اعداد حلول موحدة ، فإن من المفيد اجراء مناقشة متعمقة من جانب المندوبين من جميع النظم القانونية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية الرئيسية الممثلين في اللجنة أو فريقها العامل ، ﻷن ذلك من شأنه أن يقدم معلومات مستحسنة الى مستعملي أسلوب التحكيم في العالم قاطبة ، عن الصعوبات التي تستجد في الممارسة العملية وعن الحلول الممكنة لتلك الصعوبات .
