17. 6.5 According to article 143, paragraph 4, of the Civil Code, a claim by a person or a legal entity for publication of a retraction or a rebuttal by the media outlet is examined by courts if the media outlet in question refuses to publish the retraction or rebuttal or failed to publish it within a month, or in case of its liquidation.
6-5 ووفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 143 من القانون المدني، تنظر المحاكم في طلب شخص أو كيان قانوني نشرَ تراجع أو نفي من قبل وسائط الإعلام إذا رفضت الواسطة الإعلامية المعنية نشر التراجع أو النفي أو لم تنشره في غضون شهر، أو في حالة تصفيتها.
