404. Persons insured for special cases of insurance are those who have compulsory insurance for disability, physical impairment or death resulting from injury at work or occupational disease:

Social insurance against occupational accidents compensates persons covered by this type of insurance for the loss of income incurred due to an accident at work or occupational disease.
ويعوض التأمين الاجتماعي ضد الحوادث المهنية الأشخاص المشمولين بهذا النوع من التأمين عما يتكبدونه من خسائر الدخل بسبب حادثة في العمل أو مرض مهني.

Workers are entitled to to the subsidy in respect of ordinary illnesses and ordinary accidents from the fourth day of the incapacity or from the day following the onset of incapacity caused by an industrial accident or occupational disease.

It is payable at the rate of 75 per cent of the basis of calculation of the sickness allowance and if incapacity for work results from a work—related accident or an occupational disease at the rate of 100 per cent of the basis of calculation.
وتصدر المجالس الطبية المعنية بالعجز عن العمل والاستخدام قراراتها بصدد المسائل المتصلة بمنح هذه المستحقات وتدفع المستحقات بنسبة ٥٧ في المائة من المبلغ اﻷساسي المستخدم لحساب اعانة المرض، وتدفع المستحقات بنسبة ٠٠١ في المائة من المبلغ اﻷساسي المستخدم لحساب الاعانة إذا كان العجز عن العمل ناجماً عن حادث عمل أو مرض مهني.
