9. Since the present report has been prepared prior to 30 September 2011, the date by which parties are required to have reported data for 2010 according to Article 7, the remaining parties that have not reported for 2010 will be reviewed in an addendum to the present report, which will include a list of any Parties that will be in non-compliance with their obligation to report data for 2010.
