ومن جانبها، أعلنت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، في قرارها 60/27؛ أن قرار إسرائيل لاغ وباطل وليست له أي شرعية على الإطلاق، على نحو ما أكده مجلس الأمن.

وفي هذا الصدد، ترى كوبا أن قرار إسرائيل في 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1981 بفرض قوانينها وولايتها وإدارتها على الجولان السوري المحتل لاغ وباطل وليست له أي شرعية على الإطلاق.

The Assembly is thus clearly announcing a policy that should be understood by the party that occupies the territories of others. The Assembly has also declared that the Israeli decision of 14 December 1981 to impose its laws, jurisdiction and administration on the occupied Syrian Golan is null and void and has no validity whatsoever.
وفي هذا القرار، تعلن الجمعية العامة سياسة يجب أن يفهمها الطرف الذي يحتل أراضي الآخرين، إذ تعلن الجمعية العامة أن قرار إسرائيل الصادر في 14 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1981 بفرض قوانينها وولايتها وإدارتها على الجولان السوري المحتل، لاغ وباطل، وليست له أي شرعية على الإطلاق.

٢ - تعلن أيضا أن قرار الكنيست الصادر في ١١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩١ بضم الجولان السوري المحتل يشكل انتهاكا خطيرا لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٧٩٤ )١٨٩١(، وهو بالتالي لاغ وباطل وليست له أي شرعية على الاطلاق، وتطالب اسرائيل بالغائه؛

2. Declares also that the Knesset decision of 11 November 1991 annexing the occupied Syrian Golan constitutes a grave violation of resolution 497 (1981) and therefore is null and void and has no validity whatsoever, and calls upon Israel to rescind it;
