وذكر الرئيس أنه أذن له، إثر المشاورات التي أجراها المجلس باﻹدلاء ببيان نيابة عن المجلس ثم تلا نص ذلك البيان )للاطلاع على النص، انظر S/PRST/1995/41، وهو سيصدر في الوثائق الرسمية لمجلس اﻷمن، السنة الخمسون، قرارات ومقررات مجلس اﻷمن، ١٩٩٥(.
