Option 2: The COP/MOP shall select a chair and a vice-chair of the executive board with equitable regional rotation.
الخيار 2: يختار مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف رئيساً ونائب رئيس للمجلس التنفيذي على اساس التناوب الإقليمي العادل.

[The [accreditation body] shall accredit operational entities, in accordance with the standards and procedures contained in appendix A and relevant decisions of the [executive board] [COP/MOP].

The COP/MOP may decide to revise the determination and/or allocation of the share of proceeds contained in this appendix.

The [executive board] may review the accreditation standards, as appropriate, and recommend any revisions and amendments to the COP/MOP for adoption.
10 - يجوز [للمجلس التنفيذي] أن يستعرض معايير الإعتماد، حسب الإقتضاء، وأن يزكّي لمؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف أية تنقيحات وتعديلات.

The [executive board] [COP/MOP] shall publish a UNFCCC Article 6 reference manual which shall include:
8- ينشر [المجلس التنفيذي] [مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف] دليلاً مرجعياً للمادة 6 يتضمن ما يلي:

The remaining amount of the share of proceeds shall be devoted to assisting developing country Parties that are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of climate change to meet the costs of adaptation and shall be transferred to an adaptation fund established by the COP/MOP.
وتكرس بقية مبلغ الحصة من العائدات لمساعدة البلدان النامية الأطراف المعرضة بصفة خاصة للآثار الضارة لتغير المناخ في تغطية تكاليف التكيف، وتحول إلى صندوق للتكيف ينشؤه مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف.

Fungibility/non-fungibility: Parties [may] [may not] exchange emission reduction units[, certified emission reductions] and [assigned amount units][parts of assigned amount] [in accordance with rules and procedures established by the COP/MOP which are to ensure their effective environmental equivalence];]
التبادلية/عـدم التبادلية: [يجوز] [لا يجـوز] للأطـراف أن تتبـادل وحـدات خفض الإنبعاثات [، التخفيضات المجازة للإنبعاثات] و[وحدات الكمية المسندة] [وفقاً للقواعد والأنظمة التي وضعها مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف والتي من شأنها ضمان المكافئ البيئي الفعال لها]؛]

[Develop guidance][Make recommendations to the COP/MOP on], as necessary, relating to
(ح) [وضع التوجيهات] [تقديم التوصيات إلى مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف بشأن]، حسب الضرورة، تتصل بـ:

Review accreditation standards and recommend their revision to the COP/MOP for its adoption;
(ي) إستعراض معايير وتقديم توصية بتنقيحها إلى مؤتمر الأطراف/إجتماع الأطراف بهدف إعتمادها.
