8 - أما المعلومات المرتبطة بعدم الامتثال فيتم جمعها عملاً بالمادة 17، بعد أنه يقوم مؤتمر الأطراف بوضع إجراءات وآليات مؤسسية لتحديد حالات عدم الامتثال.
