21 - الشروع في إجراء مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف تفضي إلى التوصل في وقت مبكر إلى إبرام اتفاقية بشأن الأسلحة النووية، تحظر تطوير هذه الأسلحة وإنتاجها واختبارها ونشرها وتخزينها ونقلها والتهديد باستخدامها أو استخدامها الفعلي، وتنص على إزالتها في إطار زمني محدد.

2. Calls once again upon all States immediately to fulfil that obligation by commencing multilateral negotiations leading to an early conclusion of a nuclear weapons convention prohibiting the development, production, testing, deployment, stockpiling, transfer, threat or use of nuclear weapons and providing for their elimination;

الشروع في إجراء مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف تفضي إلى الإبرام المبكر لاتفاقية لحظر استحداث الأسلحة النووية أو إنتاجها أو تجريبها أو نشرها أو تخزينها أو نقلها أو التهديد باستعمالها أو استعمالها ، وتنص على إزالة تلك الأسلحة ((A/CN.10/2001/WG.I/WP.2؛

(ل) وينبغي الشروع في إجراء مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف تفضي إلى الإبرام المبكر لاتفاقية لحظر استحداث الأسلحة النووية أو إنتاجها أو تجريبها أو نشرها أو تخزينها أو نقلها أو التهديد بها أو استخدامها، وتنص على إزالة تلك الأسلحة.

We note also the United Nations resolutions adopted annually since 1996 calling for the implementation of this obligation through " multilateral negotiations leading to an early conclusion of a nuclear-weapons convention prohibiting the development, production, testing, deployment, stockpiling, transfer, threat or use of nuclear weapons and providing for their elimination " .
ونحيط علما أيضا بقرارات الأمم المتحدة المتخذة سنويا منذ عام 1996 والتي تدعو إلى تنفيذ هذا الالتزام من خلال " إجراء مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف تفضي إلى الإكمال المبكر لاتفاقية تحظر استحداث وإنتاج وتجريب ونشر وتخزين ونقل الأسلحة النووية والتهديد بها أو استخدامها، وتنص على إزالة تلك الأسلحة " .
