2. If a report of a State party to the Convention, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information, the Committee may request that State to furnish an additional report, indicating by what date the said report should be submitted.
2- إذا رأت اللجنة أن تقرير إحدى الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية لا يتضمن معلومات كافية، فلها أن تطلب إلى تلك الدولة أن تقدم تقريرا إضافيا، مع بيان الموعد النهائي لتقديم هذا التقرير.

(a) At the request of a majority of members of the Committee;
(ب) بناء على طلب إحدى الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية.

2. If a report of a State party to the Convention, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information, the Committee may request that State to furnish an additional report, indicating by what date the said report should be submitted.
2- إذا رأت اللجنة أن تقرير إحدى الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية لا يتضمن معلومات كافية، فلها أن تطلب إلى تلك الدولة أن تقدم تقريراً إضافياً، مع بيان الموعد النهائي لتقديم هذا التقرير.

(b) At the request of a State party to the Convention.
(ب) بناءً على طلب إحدى الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية.

2. If a report of a State party to the Convention, in the opinion of the Committee, does not contain sufficient information or the information provided is outdated, the Committee may request, through a list of issues to be sent to the State party, that it furnish an additional report or specific information, indicating by what date the said report or information should be submitted.
2- إذا رأت اللجنة أن تقرير إحدى الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية لا يتضمن معلومات كافية، فلها أن تطلب إلى تلك الدولة الطرف، من خلال قائمة مسائل تُرسل إليها، أن تقدم تقريراً إضافياً أو معلومات محددة، مع بيان الموعد النهائي لتقديم هذا التقرير أو تلك المعلومات.
