25 - وأبلغت رواندا أن قانونها لمعاقبة جريمة الإبادة الجماعية والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية وجرائم الحرب، المعتمد في عام 2003، قد تبعه في 23 تموز/يوليه اعتماد القانون رقم 18/2008 المتعلق بالمعاقبة على جريمة إديولوجيا الإبادة الجماعية.
