524. The Committee, while noting with appreciation that the legislation on adoption is under review with the technical assistance of UNICEF, recommends that all adoption placements be monitored and periodically reviewed by the authorities.
524- وإن اللجنة، إذ تحيط علما مع التقدير بأنه يجري الآن استعراض تشريعات التبني بمساعدة اليونيسيف التقنية توصي بأن تقوم السلطات برصد كافة حالات الحضانة قبل التبني وباستعراضها دورياً.
