If a grantor of a security right in an intellectual property right is not the initial owner but the tenth in a series of 10 successive transferees and if a secured creditor need not register an amendment notice in the name of each transferee of the encumbered intellectual property right, the secured creditor need only register one notice in a general security rights registry.
