The Secretary-General encourages the Government of Cambodia to continue its cooperation with the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia and to consider inviting also thematic special procedures mandate holders, in order to benefit from their specific expertise.
ويشجع الأمين العام حكومة كمبوديا على مواصلة تعاونها مع المقرر الخاص المعني بحالة حقوق الإنسان في كمبوديا والنظر في دعوة المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية أيضاً، من أجل الاستفادة من خبراتهم المتخصصة.

The Government has responded to 40 of the 69 communications sent by thematic special procedures mandate holders and the country-specific mandate holder on a number of cases and developments, including requests regarding the impact of economic sanctions, and six requests for visits to the country, most recently in January 2014.

Encourages relevant thematic special procedures mandate holders, within their respective mandates, to pay particular attention to the assessment and monitoring of the human rights situation in Côte d'Ivoire in relation to the conclusion of the 2010 presidential election with a view to reporting to the Council accordingly;
7- يشجع المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية المعنيين، كلاً في حدود ولايته، إيلاء اهتمام خاص لتقييم ورصد حالة حقوق الإنسان في كوت ديفوار في سياق عقد انتخابات 2010 الرئاسية، بغية إبلاغ مجلس الأمن وفقاً لذلك؛

In its resolution 16/35, the Human Rights Council took note of the third joint report on the situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (A/HRC/16/68) by the Special Rapporteur and six other thematic special procedures mandate holders.
10- وأحاط مجلس حقوق الإنسان علماً، في قراره 16/35، بالتقرير المشترك الثالث عن الحالة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية (A/HRC/16/68) المقدم من المقررة الخاصة وستة آخرين من المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية.

At the 39th meeting, on 24 March 2010, the Representative of the Secretary-General on the human rights of internally displaced persons, Walter Kälin, presented the combined report of seven thematic special procedures mandate holders on technical assistance to the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (A/HRC/13/63).

2. The Council encouraged relevant thematic special procedures mandate holders, including the Special Rapporteur on the right to freedom of opinion and expression, the Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions and the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights defenders, to contribute to this report.
2- وشجع المجلس المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية المعنيين، بمن فيهم المقرر الخاص المعني بالحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير، والمقرر الخاص المعني بالحق في التجمع السلمي والحق في حرية تكوين الجمعيات، والمقرر الخاص المعني بحالات الإعدام خارج القضاء أو بإجراءات موجزة أو تعسفاً والمقرر الخاص المعني بحالة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان على الإسهام في هذا التقرير.

2. Despite the statements made by representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the Government's interest in cooperation with United Nations human rights mechanisms and its standing invitation to thematic special procedures mandate holders of the Human Rights Council, the Government has not permitted visits since 2005.
2- وعلى الرغم من البيانات التي ألقاها ممثلو جمهورية إيران الإسلامية بخصوص اهتمام الحكومة بالتعاون مع آليات الأمم المتحدة في مجال حقوق الإنسان والدعوى الدائمة التي وجهتها تلك الحكومة إلى المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية التابعين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، فإن الحكومة لم تسمح بأي زيارات منذ عام 2005().

It recommended that invitations be issued to all relevant United Nations thematic special procedures mandate holders to visit Djibouti, in particular the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression and the Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
وأوصت المنظمة بتوجيه دعوات إلى جميع المعنيين من المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية للأمم المتحدة من أجل زيارة جيبوتي، لا سيما المقرر الخاص المعني بتعزيز وحماية الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير والمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة(4).

24. Thus far, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has not extended an invitation to any thematic special procedure mandate holder of the Human Rights Council to visit the country.
24 - لم توجه جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية حتى الآن الدعوة إلى أي من المكلفين بولايات في إطار الإجراءات الخاصة المواضيعية لزيارة البلد.

Furthermore, the country has not invited any thematic special procedure mandate holders since 2005, despite a standing invitation issued to all thematic mandate holders in 2002 and a pledge to invite two such experts during 2012.
