'1. Adopts the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions, the text of which is annexed to the present resolution;'2.
' ١ - تعتمد إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية، الوارد نصه في مرفق هذا القرار؛

1. Adopts the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions, the text of which is annexed to the present resolution;
١ - تعتمد إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية، الوارد نصه في مرفق هذا القرار؛

" Recalling that, in its resolution 51/191 of 16 December 1996, it adopted the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions,
" وإذ تشير إلى أنها قد اعتمدت في قرارها ١٥/١٩١ المؤرخ ٦١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ٦٩٩١ إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية،

The Assembly would request the Secretary-General to invite each Member State to provide a report on steps taken to implement the provisions of the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions, for compilation by the Secretary-General and consideration by the Commission, with a view to examining further steps to be taken for the full implementation of the Declaration.
وتطلب الجمعية إلى اﻷمين العام أن يدعو كل دولة من الدول اﻷعضاء إلى تقرير بشأن الخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذ أحكام إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية كيما يجمعها اﻷمين العام وتنظر فيها اللجنة، بغية دراسة اتخاذ مزيد من الخطوات من أجل تنفيذ اﻹعلان تنفيذا كاملا.

" 4. Calls upon Member States to implement the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions;Resolution 51/191, annex.
" ٤ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء تنفيذ إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية)٢(؛

Recalling that, in its resolution 51/191 of 16 December 1996, it adopted the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions,

We are convinced that the adoption of the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions represents a significant step forward by the international community, because the struggle against all forms of corruption, bribery and related unlawful practices must be comprehensive and requires united action by all States.
