The Committee welcomes the State party's wish to seek advice and technical assistance to ensure full implementation of the provisions of the Convention in its legislation and in the field of the administration of juvenile justice.
٨٤٧ - وترحب اللجنة برغبة الدولة الطرف، التماس المشورة والمساعدة التقنية من أجل ضمان الادراج الكامل ﻷحكام اتفاقية حقوق الطفل في تشريعاتها الوطنية وفي ميدان إقامة العدل لﻷحداث.

139. The Committee expresses concern regarding the implementation of article 12 of the Convention, noting that the views of the child are not sufficiently taken into account, especially within the family, the school and the juvenile justice system.
٩٣١- وتعرب اللجنة عن قلقها إزاء تنفيذ المادة ٢١ من الاتفاقية، وتلاحظ أن آراء الطفل لا تؤخذ في الحسبان بما فيه الكفاية، وخاصة داخل اﻷسرة، وفي المدرسة، وفي إطار نظام إقامة العدل لﻷحداث.

For all those reasons, and in the light of the almost universal ratification of the Convention, the Committee was a natural focal point and played a central and catalytic role in the area of international cooperation and assistance in the field of juvenile justice.
