The norms of an international treaty of the Republic of Armenia having entered into force shall be directly applicable in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 14. The effect of the criminal law with regard to persons who committed crime in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
المادة 14 - أثر القانون الجنائي فيما يتعلق بالأشخاص الذي يرتكبون الجريمة داخل حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا.

1. The person who committed a crime in the territory of the Republic of Armenia is subject to liability under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
1 - الشخص الذي يرتكب جريمة داخل حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا يخضع للمساءلة بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا.

2. The crime is considered committed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia when:

Article 15. Effect of criminal law with regard to persons who committed crimes outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
المادة 15 - أثر القانون الجنائي فيما يتعلق بالأشخاص الذي يرتكبون الجريمة خارج حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا.

265. Article 25 of the Constitution stipulates that everyone residing legally in the Republic of Armenia shall have the right to freedom of movement and choice of residence in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
265 - وتنص المادة 25 من الدستور على أنه لكل شخص مقيم قانونياً في جمهورية أرمينيا الحق في حرية الحركة واختيار سكناه في إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا.

All this allows the national minorities residing in the territory of the Republic of Armenia to get acquainted with one another's languages, traditions, customs, and rituals, which, in its turn, creates an atmosphere of mutual understanding and tolerance and contributes to cultural interosculation and enrichment.
ومن شأن كل ذلك أن يتيح لكل أقلية قومية مقيمة في إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا فرصة التعرف على لغات الأقليات الأخرى وتقاليدها وعاداتها وشعائرها، الأمر الذي يوجد مناخاً من التفاهم والتسامح ويسهم في التداخل والثراء الثقافي.

3. In case of crimes committed in the territory of the Republic of Armenia and other states, the person's liability arises under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, if the person was subjected to criminal liability in the territory of the Republic of Armenia and unless an international treaty of the Republic of Armenia prescribes otherwise.
' 3` في حالة الجرائم المرتكبة داخل حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا وغيرها من الدول، تنشأ مسؤولية الشخص بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا إذا ما كان الشخص يخضع للمساءلة الجنائية داخل حدود إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا، ما لم يكن منصوصا على خلاف ذلك في معاهدة دولية تكون جمهورية أرمينيا طرفا فيها.

Article 14 provides that the crime is to be considered committed on the territory of the Republic of Armenia if it was initiated, continued or completed on the RA territory or was committed in collaboration with persons who have carried out criminal activity on the territory of another state. * Annexes are on file with the Secretariat and are available for consultation.
وتنص المادة 14 على أن الجريمة تعد مرتكبة في إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا سواء عند الشروع بارتكابها أو مواصلة ارتكابها أو إتمام ارتكابها في أراضي أرمينيا، أو في حالة ارتكابها بالتواطؤ مع أشخاص أقدموا على أنشطة إجرامية في إقليم دولة أخرى.

Part 3 of the same article defines that the liability of a person that commits a criminal offence within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and other States shall ensue under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia where that person has been brought to criminal liability within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and unless otherwise provided for by international treaties of the Republic of Armenia.
وينص الجزء 3 من المادة نفسها على أن مسؤولية الشخص الذي يرتكب جُرماً داخل إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا والدول الأخرى تنشأ بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا إذا كان هذا الشخص قد أُخضع للمسؤولية الجنائية داخل إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا وما لم تنص على خلاف ذلك المعاهدات التي انضمت إليها جمهورية أرمينيا.

The Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia defines also the operation of criminal statutes with respect to persons having committed criminal offence outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
76- كما ينص القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا على تطبيق القوانين الجنائية على الأشخاص الذين ارتكبوا جُرماً خارج إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا.

" 3. Foreign nationals and stateless persons not permanently residing in the Republic of Armenia, having committed a criminal offence outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia, shall be subject to criminal liability under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia where they have committed:
" 3- المواطنون الأجانب وعديمو الجنسية الذين لا يقيمون إقامة دائمة في جمهورية أرمينيا والذين يرتكبون جُرماً خارج إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا يتعرضون للمسؤولية الجنائية بموجب القانون الجنائي لجمهورية أرمينيا إذا ارتكبوا أياً مما يلي:

In accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Armenia, foreign nationals and stateless persons having committed a crime outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia and being in the Republic of Armenia may be extradited to a foreign country for subjecting to criminal liability or serving the punishment.
2- ووفقاً للمعاهدات الدولية التي انضمت إليها جمهورية أرمينيا، يجوز تسليم المواطنين الأجانب وعديمي الجنسية الذين ارتكبوا جريمة خارج إقليم جمهورية أرمينيا والموجودين في جمهورية أرمينيا إلى بلد أجنبي لخضوعهم للمساءلة الجنائية أو لقضاء العقوبة.
