Resolution 41/213 stipulates that if additional expenditures are proposed that exceed resources available within the contingency fund, such additional resources are to be included in the budget only through the redeployment of resources from low-priority areas or the modification of existing activities.
3 - وينص القرار 41/213 على أنه إذا اُقترحــت نفقات إضافيــة تتجـــاوز المـــوارد المتاحــة ضمن رصيد المصاريف الطارئة، فإنه لا يمكن إدراج مثل هذه النفقات الإضافية في الميزانية إلا عن طريق نقل موارد من المجالات ذات الأولوية الدنيا، أو إدخال تعديلات على الأنشطة القائمة.

The Assembly, in paragraph 9 of annex I of resolution 41/213, stipulates that if additional expenditures are proposed that exceed resources available within the contingency fund, such additional resources are to be included in the budget only through the redeployment of resources from low-priority areas or the modification of existing activities; and that otherwise, such additional activities are to be deferred until a later biennium.

If additional expenditures are proposed that exceed the resources available within the contingency fund, such additional expenditures can be included in the budget only through the redeployment of resources from low-priority areas or modifications of existing activities, or else should be deferred until a later biennium (resolution 41/213, annex I, sect. C, para. 9).
