33. The Committee was briefed by the experts designated to conduct inquiry No. 2011/1 on the visit they had undertaken to the territory of the State party concerned.
٣٣ - وقدم الخبراء المعينون لإجراء التحري رقم 2011/1 إحاطة إلى اللجنة بشأن الزيارة التي أجروها إلى إقليم الدولة الطرف المعنية.

73. It is noted with appreciation that a large number of people, mainly indigenous, who had fled their lands and the country during the time of armed conflict have returned to the territory of the State party and that the State party has established a fund to assist the returnees in the process of resettlement.
٣٧ - ولوحظ مع التقدير أن عددا كبيرا من الناس، ولا سيما من السكان اﻷصليين، الذين كانوا قد نزحوا عن ديارهم وبلدهم خلال النزاع المسلح، قد عادوا إلى إقليم الدولة الطرف وأن الدولة الطرف أنشأت صندوقا لمساعدة العائدين على الاستيطان من جديد.

1. Taking into account any observations that may have been submitted by the State party concerned, as well as other reliable information, the Committee may designate one or more of its members to undertake a visit to the territory of the State party concerned and to report back to it without delay.
1- يجوز للجنة، واضعةً في اعتبارها أي ملاحظات يمكن أن تكون الدولة الطرف المعنية قد قدمتها، فضلاً عن أي معلومات أخرى موثوق بها، أن تعيّن عضواً أو أكثر من أعضائها للقيام بزيارة إلى إقليم الدولة الطرف المعنية وموافاة اللجنة بتقرير عن الزيارة دون إبطاء.

(f) The number of child victims of trafficking - whether within the territory of the State party, from the territory of the State party to other States or from other States to the territory of the State party - including information as to the type of exploitation for which such children are trafficked (see annex); and

First, national immigration law and procedures which regulate the admission of aliens who have not yet been formally admitted to the territory of the State and are not otherwise considered to be physically present in the State would be outside the scope of the present topic.

1- بالإضافة إلى قيام الأمين العام بتوفير الموظفين والتسهيلات اللازمة للتحقيق و/أو للبعثة الزائرة الموفدة إلى إقليم الدولة المعنية، لأعضاء اللجنة المعينين، أن يدعو، عن طريق الأمين العام، أشخاصا من ذوي الكفاءات الخاصة في الميدان الطبي أو في معالجة السجناء، فضلا عن مترجمين شفويين، لتقديم المساعدة في جميع مراحل التحقيق.
