For example, the second periodic report of Kyrgyzstan refers to children with disabilities in the sections relating to general measures of implementation, non-discrimination, recovery of maintenance for the child, health care and health-care services, social security, education, leisure, recreation and cultural activities and physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration.
