وفي تلك الحالة، تحمل تكلفة السلع والخدمات على اعتمادات الميزانية العادية، وتضاف الإيرادات إلى الإيرادات المتنوعة.

On the closing of the accounts at the end of each financial period, the balance for loss or gain on exchange is charged to the budget if there is a net loss; if there is a net gain, the gain is credited to miscellaneous income.
عند إقفال الحسابات في نهاية كل فترة مالية، يخصم رصيد الخسارة أو الربح في أسعار الصرف من الميزانية إن كانت هناك خسارة صافية؛ أما إذا كان هناك ربح صاف، فإنه يضاف إلى الإيرادات المتنوعة.
