13- تعين كل دولة طرف سلطة مركزية تكون مسؤولة ومخولة بتلقي طلبات المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة وتقوم بتنفيذ تلك الطلبات أو بإحالتها إلى السلطات المختصة لتنفيذها.
