The Committee takes note of the explicit assurances given by the State party delegation that no provision of Ordinance No. 06-01 enacting the Charter for Peace and National Reconciliation, in particular article 46, infringes the right of private individuals to submit a communication to the Committee under the Optional Protocol to the Covenant and that no proceedings have been brought pursuant to article 46.
8- وأحاطت اللجنة علماً بالتطمينات الصريحة التي قدمها وفد الدولة الطرف بعدم وجود أي حكم في الأمر رقم 06-01، المتضمن تطبيق ميثاق السلم والمصالحة الوطنية، ولا سيما المادة 46 منه، يخل بحق الأفراد في تقديم بلاغات إلى اللجنة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد، وبعدم إجراء أية ملاحقات تبعاً للمادة 46.
