8. Decides that the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice should include in its agenda for its sixth session the item entitled " Measures to regulate firearms " .
٨ - يقرر أن تدرج لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في جدول أعمال دورتها السادسة بندا بعنوان " التدابير الرامية إلى تنظيم تداول اﻷسلحة النارية " .

وإذ يحيط علما مع الارتياح بتقرير اﻷمين العام عن التدابير الرامية إلى تنظيم تداول اﻷسلحة النارية)١١٩(،

3. Reiterates its request to the Secretary-General to collect information and consult with Member States on the implementation of national measures to regulate firearms in accordance with its resolution 1995/27, section IV, paragraph 10;
٣ - يكرر طلبه إلى اﻷمين العام أن يجمع المعلومات وأن يتشاور مع الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن تنفيذ التدابير الوطنية الرامية إلى تنظيم تداول اﻷسلحة النارية وفقا لقرار المجلس ٥٩٩١/٧٢، الجزء رابعا - ألف، الفقرة ٠١؛

8. Decides that the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice should include in its agenda for its sixth session the item entitled " Measures to regulate firearms " . 1996/244.
٨ - يقرر أن لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية ينبغي أن تدرج في جدول أعمالها لدورتها السادسة بندا بعنوان " التدابير الرامية إلى تنظيم تداول اﻷسلحة النارية " .

17. Decides that the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice should consider the item entitled " Measures to regulate firearms " at its seventh session, drawing on the report of the Secretary-General referred to in paragraph 16 above.
١٧ - يقرر أن تنظر لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، في دورتها السابعة، في البند المعنون " التدابير الرامية إلى تنظيم تداول اﻷسلحة النارية " ، بالاستناد إلى تقرير اﻷمين العام المشار اليه في الفقرة ١٦ أعلاه.
