١٢٢- وقد أوصى المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان بتقوية أنشطة اﻷمم المتحدة وبرامجها لتلبية طلبات الحصول على مساعدة التي تتقدم بها الدول التي ترغب في إنشاء أو تقوية مؤسساتها الوطنية الخاصة لتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان.
