25. The Ad Hoc Committee requested the Secretariat to carry out an analytical study on provisions of national laws relevant to the convention concerning offences punishable by deprivation of liberty, with an indication of the number of years of imprisonment.
٥٢ - وطلبت اللجنة المخصصة الى اﻷمانة أن تجري دراسة تحليلية ﻷحكام القوانين الوطنية ذات الصلة بالاتفاقية فيما يتعلق بالجرائم التي يعاقب عليها بالتجريد من الحرية ، مع ابانة عدد سنوات الحبس .

5. Secondly, the Secretary also recalled that at its second session, held in Vienna from 8 to 12 March 1999, the Ad Hoc Committee had requested the Secretariat to carry out an analytical study on provisions of national laws concerning offences punishable by deprivation of liberty, with an indication of the number of years of imprisonment involved.
٥ - ثانيا ، ذكﱠر اﻷمين أيضا بأن اللجنة المخصصة كانت قد طلبت ، في دورتها الثانية التي انعقدت في فيينا من ٨ الى ٢١ أيار/مايو ٩٩٩١ ، الى اﻷمانة أن تجري دراسة تحليلية ﻷحكام القوانين الوطنية المتعلقة بالجرائم التي يعاقب عليها بالتجريد من الحرية ، مع ابانة عدد أعوام السجن بشأن تلك الجرائم .
